Work that solves real problems.
I don't make pretty layouts. I make products that work, for millions of users, in complex contexts, with real constraints.
Admiral Design System
Design system built from scratch for a professional sailing platform. Components, tokens, documentation and governance.
16 years working in product.
Across 4 countries and very different contexts: startups, consulting, government, AI health.
What I've learned: the hard problems are rarely design problems. They're strategy problems, organisational context problems, decisions made before I walked in the room. My work starts by understanding that.
I work best on complex products with real friction to solve, B2B platforms, large-scale systems, products where the user has no choice but to figure out how it works. That's where the difference between decorative design and functional design becomes obvious.
I'm completing a Master's in AI Engineering, not because I want to change fields, but because product and AI are the same conversation now.
